When you place orders, let the winery or retailer know to release your wines to All Ways Cool.

We provide pick-up service in Sonoma County and the Napa Valley.  Although we are unable to go to every winery and wine store, we do pick-up from a large number of them, however a 4 bottle minimum is needed. Wineries or retailers outside our pick-up area can have wine either delivered or shipped to our facility.

Wineries  should call us when orders are ready.  We do pick-ups every Thursday and will get your wine as soon as possible after the winery notifies us it’s ready to go. If you have any questions about whether we pick-up at a particular winery, please call us at (707) 545-7450.

If a winery isn’t familiar with  our process ask them to call our office and we’ll be happy to work with them.

Our rates for pick-up services are as follows:
$5.00 per pkg for pick-ups in Sonoma County *
$10.00 per pkg for pick-ups in the Napa Valley *
*Multiple packages at the same location are eligible for discounts.

Please note we also pick-up from Hotels and B&B’s for our clients’ convenience.
