FAQ information

Storage:

Wines are stored in our temperature-controlled facility at between 55-59 degrees.

Storage Rates:

(1-3 cases) $24.00 monthly minimum

(4-14 cases) $7.25 monthly, per case

(11-28 cases) $6.50 monthly, per case

(29+ cases) $5.75 monthly, per case

*Note the overlap in cases is accounting for some different box sizes on pallets.

 

Warehouse and administration fees:

Receiving: $8.00 per package.

Will call: $8.00 per package.

Pickup Service: from local wineries and facilities - $15.00 for the first package and $5.00 for each additional stop.

Pickups and or Orders processed within less than 24hours notice are subject to a rush fee: $25.00.

Receiving:

Packages that are docked into our facility can take up to 10 business days to be processed into inventory. We receive hundreds of packages on behalf of all our valued clients. We thank you for your patience.

You will receive an email notification when your package completes the receiving process and is available for order generation.

General Shipping:

True Vine does not control the temperature of wines in transit as we use typical freight carriers for transport.

Peak season release can cause delays in projected timelines for receiving and order processing.

If you intend to ship large amounts of wine, we can coordinate temperature-controlled transit by truck.

Private Collector Shipping:

Wines must complete the receiving process and with your on-hand inventory before an order can be generated.

We process requests in the order received, typically, the week following request.

If your request comes to the top of the que and wines are not yet in inventory, we will be unable to process your request.

It’s best to keep track of your inventory and request shipment after receiving verification of inventory in your account.

International Shipping Information:

International shipments are responsible for duties and customs fees that are unassociated with the shipping cost of True Vine.

Our billing partner Wholesail is unable to process billing for international clients, therefore international clients will be in direct communication with True Vine for invoices.

Pass-Through Information:

With a directive on file, we move items that are processed in receiving directly to shipping and fulfill them per your directive. You will receive notifications along the way.

Placing Holds or Ending Pass-Through Directives will result in storage fees as your items are being stored.

Ending your directive will modify your client profile to Private Collector.

Billing:

Billing is managed by our trusted partner Wholesail. You can access your invoices with detailed information at any time by visiting the Payment Portal on our website. Please use your account email to access your information.

FORT:

FORT is our order processing software. FORT access is available for Winery clients who store their products and generate their orders.

Winery:

Winery clients use FORT to track inventory and generate orders. If you are interested in storing your product with us, submit an inquiry.
